The Amundsen name is used on the death certificate in the Magistrate's records held at SPRI (Ref: 1228/17/40;D), and also in the Register of Deaths entry. The gravestone is inscribed Abrehamsen as is the memorial at the Sandefjord Memorial Chapel.
