<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\nAccording to the Coroner’s Inquest in the SPRI archive, Olsen was a deckhand on the “Southern Cross No. 1” which was anchoring in the entrance of Wilson Harbour. He fell overboard whilst he was hauling the anchor chain out of the pipe that brings it up onto deck. His body was not recovered.<\/p>\n
